Sample Trial
Small-batch sample produced per formula, sent to customer for extrusion / injection validation. Adjust based on feedback.

Raw Material Mixing
High-speed mixer adds PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, flame retardant, filler in process order.

Extrusion & Pelletizing
PVC-specific extruder for pelletizing. Temperature and screw speed set per formula for uniform plasticization.

Cooling & Screening
Extruded strands water-cooled / air-cooled, cut and vibrated to remove overlong, over-fine or off-spec pellets.

Packaging & Delivery
25kg/bag standard or customer-specified packaging with batch ID. Pallet packing on request.

Batch Stability
Each batch retained for record. Long-term customers get consistent formulation and traceability.
